The Royal Wedding on YouTube

Yesterday, I walked along Regent Street and it's already dressed up for the Royal Wedding on Friday:

That made me wonder, where you gonna watch the royal spectacle? Will you watch it on TV or will you watch on YouTube?

The Royal Household will use its existing YouTube channel to stream coverage of the event on April 29 from the wedding procession, marriage ceremony at Westminster Abbey and balcony kiss.
Earlier this month YouTube unveiled a dedicated YouTube Live destination within its pages as it ramps up efforts to move into the broadcast space. The wedding will air on the YouTube Royal Channel, however, from 09.00 GMT, 02.00 PT and 05.00 ET, available internationally.
The footage will be reshown in its entirety immediately after the event and will be available to view in full on the site afterwards.

"More than 50 years ago, the marriage of the Queen's sister, Princess Margaret, and Antony Armstrong-Jones was the first royal wedding to be broadcast on television and had over 20 million viewers," said YouTube partner development associate Rachel Ball. "This one is already heralded as the first of the internet age, where for the first time in thousands of years of royal history, the moment will be captured online and preserved forever."

Wouldn't it be fun to see the Royal Family like that on Friday, lol:
